Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academy Operations Coordinator. This role will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our Academy, with a focus on kit and equipment management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the laundry, kit, and equipment needs for all Academy players and staff members.
  • Manage the distribution of Academy kit, maintain inventory, and assist with annual kit orders.
  • Support the needs of the Balerno Performance School in relation to kit, equipment, and transportation.
  • Ensure compliance with government regulations and company insurance requirements for driving a minibus.
  • Verify the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Previous experience in a football academy setting is desirable.
Requirements
  • Full, clean UK driving license with a D1 unrestricted or PCV license.
  • At least 25 years of age and a minimum of two years of driving experience.
