Job Description: Escalation Resolution Engineer

As an Escalation Resolution Engineer at Amazon, you will play a critical role in resolving complex technical issues that impact our customers' experiences. You will serve as a subject matter expert, collaborating with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve escalated tickets in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues using data analysis and diagnostic tools.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement process improvements.
- Provide expert-level guidance to junior team members and other departments.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in technical support or a related field.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.

Estimated Salary Range: £50,000 - £75,000 per annum depending on location and experience.
