Special Education Needs Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN teacher to join our team and contribute to our commitment to delivering outstanding education and support to our students.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working with students with Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN), as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience.

You will be responsible for developing and implementing tailored learning programs to meet the individual needs of each student, working closely with other members of the team to ensure seamless support and communication across all aspects of the student's education.
Key Responsibilities:- To provide high-quality teaching and learning to students with ASC and SLCN

- QTS or QTLS qualification
- Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experience
