**Job Title:** Special Education Needs Support Assistant
We are currently recruiting for an experienced and enthusiastic **Special Education Needs Support Assistant** to join our team of dedicated professionals at TeacherActive Careers. As a Special Education Needs Support Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with challenging behaviour and/or special education needs in primary and secondary schools.
**About the Role:
- Provide support and guidance to students with special educational needs and disabilities
- Assist teachers with lesson planning and preparation
- Support students with emotional or behavioural difficulties
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans
