About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide health education and support to families and carers
  • Conduct home visits to assess the health and wellbeing of children
  • Develop and implement health plans to address the needs of children and families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver a comprehensive service

Requirements

  • Qualified Health Visitor with current right to work in the UK
  • Experience of working in a community healthcare setting
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
