Job Title: Customer Service Team Lead

Job Summary:

Harron Homes Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing and administering customer issues and complaints, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the customer service team, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the customer service manager to analyze data and identify trends, making recommendations for process improvements.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of customer service operatives' diaries, ensuring optimal resource allocation.
  • Manage contractor relationships, ensuring timely and satisfactory delivery of services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.
  • Provide regular updates to the management team on customer service performance and trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the house building industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
