Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer issues and complaints, working closely with the Customer Service Manager to analyze data and provide insights, and coordinating the scheduling of customer service operatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer complaints and issues, taking ownership until satisfactory resolutions are attained.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to collect and analyze management information and data.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of customer service operatives' diaries.
  • Communicate with customer service operatives, site teams, and contractors to resolve issues and provide updates.
  • Manage the work of contractors and report inadequate contractor outcomes to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Ensure the effective management of out-of-hours services and reporting.
  • Maintain complaint spreadsheets and provide weekly updates to the management team.
  • Ensure surveys and reports from external bodies, including contractors, are maintained.

Requirements:

  • Experience of working in a similar role in a house building company (desirable).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of customer service skills.
