We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Morley, United Kingdom. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting the store's day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet and assist customers with product selection, provide product knowledge and advice, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Store Operations: Maintain the store's visual presentation, stock levels, and ensure a clean and tidy store environment.
  • Sales and Inventory: Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and meet or exceed sales targets set by the store management.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in retail or customer service is desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented attitude.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
  • Basic IT skills for till and stock management systems.
