Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer issues and complaints, working closely with the Customer Service Manager to analyze data and provide insights, and coordinating the scheduling of customer service operatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer complaints and issues, taking ownership until satisfactory resolutions are attained.
- Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to collect and analyze management information and data.
- Monitor and record the outcome of all customer interactions, including telephone calls and emails.
- Coordinate the scheduling of customer service operatives' diaries.
- Work with the customer service operative team, site teams, and contractors to resolve issues in new customer homes.
- Manage the work of contractors and report inadequate contractor outcomes to the Customer Service Manager.
- Ensure the effective use of out-of-hours services and reporting.
- Maintain complaint spreadsheets and provide weekly updates to the management team.
- Ensure surveys and reports from external bodies, including contractors, are maintained.
Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar role in a house building company (desirable).
