**Job Summary:**

Harron Homes Limited is seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for managing and administering customer issues, ensuring timely resolutions and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Service Manager to analyze data and provide insights for business improvement.
  • Coordinate the scheduling of customer service operatives' diaries to ensure efficient issue resolution.
  • Allocate tasks and resources to customer service operatives, site teams, and contractors to resolve customer issues.
  • Process purchase orders, invoices, and contra-charging processes to ensure accurate financial management.
  • Manage contractor performance and report inadequate outcomes to the Customer Service Manager.
  • Maintain customer communication and ensure timely updates on issue resolution progress.
  • Address unsuccessful or inadequate remediation of customer issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Ensure effective out-of-hours services and reporting processes.
  • Maintain complaint spreadsheets and provide regular updates to the management team.
  • Correspond with customers and external stakeholders in a professional and timely manner.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a similar role in a house building company (desirable).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and taking initiative.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Personal attributes: excellent communicator, highly motivated, and customer-focused.
