Main Responsibilities- Contribute to the safe and effective delivery of the 0-19 service, working closely with the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse and other team members.
- Develop and deliver public health initiatives through school and community-based health promotion activities.
- Work in partnership with children, young people, families, primary care, schools, and statutory and voluntary services to facilitate health-enhancing activities and improve health outcomes.
- Deliver services to children and families within schools and community settings.
