Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Community Public Health Nurse to join our team in the North East Locality. As a key member of our 0-19 service, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to deliver high-quality care and support.

Main Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the safe and effective delivery of the 0-19 service, working closely with the Specialist Community Public Health Nurse and other team members.
  • Develop and deliver public health initiatives through school and community-based health promotion activities.
  • Work in partnership with children, young people, families, primary care, schools, and statutory and voluntary services to facilitate health-enhancing activities and improve health outcomes.
  • Deliver services to children and families within schools and community settings.
