Community Public Health Nurse

About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Community Public Health Nurse to join our team at Oxford Health NHS Trust. As a key member of our 0-19 service, you will work closely with children, young people, and their families to deliver high-quality care and promote healthy outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the safe and effective delivery of the 0-19 service
- Work in partnership with children, young people, families, primary care, schools, and statutory and voluntary services
- Deliver services to children and families within schools and community settings
Requirements
- First Level Registered Nurse or Midwife qualification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Competent knowledge and skills in IT packages Microsoft Word and Excel
