Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Prison Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to join their team on a locum basis.

As a Prison RMN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with mental health needs within a prison setting.

About the Role:

  • Deliver high-quality care to patients with mental health needs
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate risks
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients with complex mental health needs

Requirements:

  • Relevant nursing qualification and active NMC registration (Mental Health)
  • Experience working in a prison setting or similar environment
  • Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
