Working in partnership with children, young people, families, primary care, schools, and statutory and voluntary services, you will contribute to the safe and effective delivery of our service. Main Duties and Responsibilities- Contribute to the safe and effective delivery of the 0-19 service

We are looking for a candidate with the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrates an understanding of evidence-based practice
- First-level registered nurse or midwife qualification
