Job Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Registered Nurses to join our team at Bicester Community Hospital, working in a dynamic and rewarding nursing environment.
This role offers the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, focusing on rehabilitation and complex discharge management for patients with a wide range of conditions.
As a Registered Nurse, you will be an integral part of our team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and actively participating in the development and implementation of effective care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support ward staff in their day-to-day work and development, promoting interdisciplinary team working.
- Provide information, training, and support to promote effective patient care and discharge from the ward area.
- Provide leadership to Healthcare Assistants and peers to ensure a high standard of patient-centred care.
- Under the direction of the Ward Manager, contribute to the monitoring and auditing of standards of care in the ward area.
- Attend multidisciplinary team meetings and share key issues across the ward team.
- Responsible for the effective and efficient use of resources.
- Work proactively as the ward and bed co-ordinator, ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained.
Requirements:
- Current NMC RN Level One or due to qualify following completion of University degree.
- Evidence of ongoing development and education.
