At HEOR, we are seeking an experienced Health Economics Specialist to join our value communications team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work on complex projects, leveraging your expertise to communicate scientific information effectively to various stakeholders.

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a strong background in health economics and medical writing. As a Health Economics Specialist, you will be responsible for leading the development and delivery of quality documents that demonstrate strategic value in alignment with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality documents, including dossiers, abstracts, posters, manuscripts, slide kits, and study reports, to the highest scientific and editorial standards
  • Communicate complex health economic concepts and results to a wide audience, including health economists, clinicians, decision-makers, and patients
  • Assimilate and interpret sources of information with guidance from research teams and authors
  • Manage projects from concept to completion, including designing project proposals, developing project trackers, and communicating with clients
  • Provide mentorship and training to junior colleagues in the design, planning, and execution of their tasks

Requirements

  • A PhD or Master's degree in a subject related to life science or health research
  • Experience in developing market access materials, including HTA submissions, global value dossiers, value propositions, and local market access materials
  • Strong written communication skills, with the ability to convey scientific information effectively
  • Sound scientific understanding and analytical skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
