About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Sales Assistant to join our team at Joules. As a Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service, answering questions and resolving issues in a professional and friendly manner.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve store targets and deliverables.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date with new arrivals and promotions.
- Contribute to the visual merchandising and store displays, ensuring a visually appealing and engaging shopping environment.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and returns.
