Head Chef Opportunity in Luxury Care Home

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at a well-established luxury care home in Dartford. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire catering department, including the main restaurant, bistro, and bar, as well as managing the kitchen, ordering, and menu planning.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the kitchen and catering team to deliver high-quality meals and exceptional customer service
  • Plan and implement menus that cater to the needs of residents and staff
  • Source and manage local fresh produce to create seasonal and creative meals
  • Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety
  • Work collaboratively with the care home team to ensure seamless service delivery
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary of £44,500 per year, plus overtime
