Chef de Partie Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef de Partie to join our prestigious hotel's culinary team in the Dartford/Wilmington area of Kent. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with our Head Chef to develop and execute innovative menu concepts
  • Lead a team of 14 chefs and 4 kitchen porters to ensure seamless kitchen operations
  • Prepare and cook a wide range of dishes for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and special events
  • Work closely with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
  • Contribute to the development of new recipes and menu ideas
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a high-end hotel or restaurant kitchen
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent culinary skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Passion for delivering exceptional food quality and service
