The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a generic Adult Social Work service across the Nairn area, working autonomously but effectively as part of a social work team and wider integrated team to deliver safe and effective social work practice.

This role involves executing essential statutory functions, completing person-centered outcome-focused assessments, managing complex situations and risk, and working effectively in a multi-disciplinary way.

We are looking for an enthusiastic practitioner with experience of working with people with a wide range of needs and who is person-centered and outcome-focused in their approach.

A good working knowledge of Adult Support and Protection is desirable.

Our team strives to ensure a positive culture, supported and delivered through our NHS and Social Care values: Care and compassion, Dignity and respect, Openness, honesty, and responsibility, and Quality and teamwork.

As a valued member of our team, you will be expected to work up to an additional 30 minutes per week temporarily due to changes in the working week. However, there will be no change in pay.
