Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team at Crossreach, providing exceptional support and care to older individuals. As a key worker for designated service users, you will develop and review personalized care plans, assist with personal and intimate care, and facilitate the use of aids or equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and reviewing care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
  • Providing assistance with daily living activities and personal care
  • Facilitating the use of adaptive equipment to promote independence
  • Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Supporting mental and physical well-being through engaging activities
Requirements:
  • SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to respect and facilitate Christian worship practices

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience.
