Senior Care Practitioner Assistant

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Care Practitioner Assistant to join our team at St Olaf. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for promoting and delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating a wellbeing-focused environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
- Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the needs of each resident.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess strong leadership and interpersonal skills, as well as experience in healthcare settings. A valid SSSC registration is required, and relevant qualifications such as SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care would be advantageous.
What We Offer:
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £12.00 - £12.10 per hour, plus overtime rates, and a range of benefits including wagestream, subsidised meals, and 28 days annual leave pro rata.
