We are seeking a highly motivated Support Practitioner to join our team, working closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and preferences. Your empathetic approach, combined with excellent communication skills, will ensure that our clients receive tailored support that meets their individual requirements.

Responsibilities:**

  • Deliver daily support to carers, promoting independence and confidence.
  • Assist with personal care, meal preparation, and light household tasks.
  • Facilitate social activities and outings, encouraging clients to engage with their community.

Our competitive salary range is £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additional benefits include paid travel time, mileage contributions, and a fully funded SVQ qualification.

Benefits:**

  • 35 days holiday per year, rising to 40 with service (pro-rata).
  • Paid travel time and additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile.
  • Fully funded SVQ qualification with support from a dedicated team.
