Care Support Specialist

About the Role:
- We are looking for an individual who is passionate about delivering person-centered care and support to older adults.
- The successful candidate will work closely with our team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs of our service users.
- You will be responsible for monitoring nutritional needs, assisting with personal care, and promoting independence and dignity among our clients.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an SVQ 3 in Social Care or equivalent qualification.
- Basic computer literacy skills and proficiency in using electronic care planning systems.
- A commitment to upholding the values of CrossReach and adhering to our policies and procedures.

- An estimated salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
