Care Assistant Job Summary:

We are seeking a caring and committed Care Assistant to join our team at St Olaf. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our elderly residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide person-centred care that meets the physical, emotional, and social needs of our residents.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and safe environment that promotes wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with care staff to develop and implement individual care plans that meet the needs of each resident.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a kind and caring nature. While not essential, working towards SSSC registration requirements and holding SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care would be desirable.

What We Offer:

In return for your dedication and hard work, we offer a competitive salary of £12.00 - £12.10 per hour, plus overtime rates, and a range of benefits including wagestream, subsidised meals, and 28 days annual leave pro rata.
