Job Details

**Salary:** £26,000 - £31,000 per annum

We are seeking a highly motivated Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Parkdean Resorts. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out general building and maintenance tasks within our Holiday Homes and other buildings.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Completing general building and maintenance tasks, including basic plumbing, decoration, access, and electrical work
  • Carrying out general grounds maintenance tasks such as fencing, laying slabs and turf, and ensuring flower beds are planted and weeded
  • Maintaining all outdoor areas to ensure they are clean and tidy, reporting any faults and hazards
