Payroll Coordinator Specialist

Capgemini is seeking an experienced Payroll Coordinator to provide key support to the Payroll Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of the payroll service to our employees. This role will involve providing guidance and support on payroll legislation and internal processes, as well as working closely with our external Payroll Provider Team.
Your role
- Perform monthly 1st level payroll sign off
- Reconcile Payroll General Ledger accounts
- Ensure team members meet requirements of monthly timetable and deliverables
- Deliver sensitive, critical, and complex payroll transactions
- Provide expert and specialist payroll advice to stakeholders and manage complex payroll issues
