Payroll Coordinator

About the Role
To provide key support to the Payroll Manager, ensuring the efficient delivery of the payroll service to our employees. This involves guiding and supporting the internal team of administrators, as well as working closely with the external Payroll Provider Team.
Your Responsibilities
- Monthly 1st level payroll sign off
- Reconciliation of Payroll General Ledger accounts
- Ensuring team members meet monthly timetable and deliverables
- Delivery of sensitive, critical, and complex payroll transactions
- Providing expert payroll advice to stakeholders and managing complex payroll issues
Your Skills and Experience
- Previous payroll experience
- Team mentoring and coaching skills, supporting junior team members
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, handling confidential data
- Agility in work approach, a dynamic team player, and able to work autonomously
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, engaging with different levels of people within the organization
