About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Payroll Coordinator to join our team at Capgemini. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient and successful delivery of the payroll service to our employees.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Monthly 1st level payroll sign off and reconciliation of Payroll General Ledger accounts
- Ensure all team members meet requirements of monthly timetable and deliverables
- Delivery of sensitive, critical and complex payroll transactions
- Provide expert and specialist payroll advice to stakeholders and manage complex payroll issues
Your Skills and Experience
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Previous payroll experience
- Team mentoring and coaching skills, supporting junior team members
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail including requirement to handle confidential data
- Agility in work approach - a dynamic team player and able to work autonomously
- Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen, engage and communicate with different levels of people within the organisation
