About the Role

To provide key support to the Payroll Manager in ensuring efficient and successful delivery of payroll services to over 12,000 Capgemini employees. As a member of an internal team of administrators, responsible for core activities supporting payroll service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monthly 1st level payroll sign off and reconciliation of payroll general ledger accounts.
  • Ensuring team members meet monthly timetables and deliverables.
  • Delivery of sensitive, critical, and complex payroll transactions.
  • Providing expert payroll advice to stakeholders and managing complex payroll issues.
Your Skills and Experience

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Previous payroll experience and knowledge of relevant legislation.
