We are seeking a skilled F&B Services Supervisor to join our team at Golf View, Nairn. As a key member of the hotel's operational team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of excellent food and beverage services to our guests. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, maintaining high standards of quality, and driving revenue growth through effective marketing and promotions strategies.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising a team of hospitality professionals
  • Coordinating events, weddings, and other large functions
  • Maintaining accurate records and reporting sales data
  • Providing exceptional customer service

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management position
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Familiarity with COSHH, Health & Safety, and Hygiene Regulations
  • Valid Scottish Personal Licence Holder qualification
