Job Description

We're looking for a skilled Forklift Engineer / Vehicle Technician to join our team as a Field Service Technician. In this role, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch maintenance and repair services to our clients' forklift fleets.

Your Key Tasks

1. Schedule and conduct regular maintenance checks on forklift trucks to prevent downtime
2. Diagnose and repair complex electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic issues
3. BUILD strong relationships with clients to deliver exceptional customer service

Your Qualifications

• A valid full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points
• Proven experience in repairing and maintaining wheeled vehicles, particularly forklifts
• A recognised NVQ Level 3 qualification or equivalent in a relevant field (a plus)
• A strong commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting deadlines
