Pharmacy Service Transformation Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacy Service Transformation Lead to join our Transformation Unit. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our pharmacy services at Epsom and St Helier University Hospitals.
This exciting opportunity involves providing high-quality, patient-centred care on the wards at our St Helier site. As a Senior Clinical Pharmacy Technician, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of medication reconciliation and promoting one-stop dispensing.
You will be involved throughout the patient journey, helping the wards to ensure TTOs are dispensed prior to discharge, and communicating effectively with our community colleagues when appropriate.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £40,000 per annum, based on the job requirements and location.
