Job Title: Pharmacy Senior Manager

We are seeking a seasoned and accomplished Pharmacy Senior Technician to lead our pharmacy team at Epson and Stelier University Hospital NHS Foundation Trust.

About the Position:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing complex projects, driving innovation, and fostering a culture of excellence. The ideal candidate will possess significant post-registration hospital pharmacy experience, relevant certifications, and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans for pharmacy services
  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders to advance professional standards
  • Mentor and develop junior staff members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements:

  • Master's degree or higher in pharmacy technology or related field
  • Substantial experience in hospital pharmacy leadership roles
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills

Salary Range: £75,000 - £85,000 per annum
