Transformation Unit Lead Nurse

**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Transformation Unit Lead Nurse to join our team at Epsom General Hospital. As a key member of the Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of patient care and safety.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement effective IPC strategies and policies across the Trust
* Provide leadership and guidance to junior members of the IPC team
* Collaborate with senior ICNs to oversee projects and support junior team members
* Deputise for the Head of Nursing as required

**Requirements**
* Registered Nurse, NMC registered
* Prior experience as a Band 7 IPC nurse or above
* Achieved or working towards IPC accredited course
* ENB998 or equivalent teaching qualification
* Knowledge of current professional issues related to IPC and clinical practice
