Payroll Operations Coordinator

With over 1500 employees, our clients require accurate and timely payroll processing. As a Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality, customer-focused payroll services. This includes processing payrolls, managing employee self-service accounts, and producing financial reports for the Finance teams.
This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000-£45,000 per annum depending on experience. You will also benefit from a hybrid working model with 4 days in the office per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process payrolls accurately and efficiently for over 1500 employees.
- Provide high-quality, customer-focused payroll services.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams.
- Manage payroll-related tasks.
- Produce financial reports for Finance teams.
- Maintain employee self-service accounts.
Requirements:
- Experience with processing payroll for over 1000 employees.
- Full end-to-end payroll processing experience essential.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Great communication skills.
