About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Key Account Growth Specialist to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for growing and maintaining key client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Duties and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Identify new business opportunities and collaborate with the Area Sales team to pursue them.
Work closely with the tendering team to ensure timely submission of tenders and proposals.
Resolve customer queries and concerns efficiently and effectively.
Requirements- At least 7 years of experience in sales or service management within the Pumps or Power industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to negotiate and problem-solve under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office packages and CRM systems.
- A valid driving licence is required.
