Job Title: 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated 1st/2nd Line IT Engineer to join our dynamic team at Bond Bryan. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, and contributing to the development of our technology strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • 1st Line Support: Provide timely and effective support for all IT-related issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting, network connectivity, and user account management.
  • 2nd Line Support: Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, escalating to 3rd line support when necessary, and manage Windows Server environments, hybrid setups, and MS Intune for device management and security compliance.
Requirements:
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or relevant IT certifications.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MacOS and Windows OS, hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, knowledge of Exchange OnPrem and Office 365 administration, and experience with MS Intune, SharePoint, Veeam Backup solutions, Sophos Central, and Cisco Meraki network devices.
  • Experience: Proven experience in a 1st/2nd line support role, demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, and experience in supporting users in a multi-location environment.
