Job Title: Youth Support Professional

Social Worker - Children with Disabilities Team

We are seeking an experienced Youth Support Professional to join our team, delivering vital support to children with complex disabilities and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess post-qualification experience in working with children with disabilities and their families, managing complex and diverse caseloads.

This is a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a significant difference in the lives of children and their families.

About the Role:

  • Deliver and provide social work services to children with complex disabilities and their families.
  • Manage a diverse caseload of children with disabilities and their families.
  • Collaborate closely with health, education, and voluntary sector partners.
  • Provide regular high-quality supervision and support to colleagues.
  • Work flexible hours to meet the needs of service users.

What We Offer:

  • A highly competitive salary of £45,000 per annum, plus benefits package.
