Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing expert midwifery care to women and their families
  • Participating in service development projects to improve patient outcomes
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Registered Midwife/BSc Midwifery Studies qualification
  • Evidence of continuous professional development and recent relevant experience
  • Knowledge of public health/midwifery issues and commitment to promotion of breastfeeding and support of breastfeeding mothers
