About the Position:

This exciting opportunity allows you to join our Maternity Services Team as a Band 5/6 Rotational Midwife. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality midwifery care to women and their families, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to deliver safe, personalized care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert midwifery care to pregnant women, supporting them through all stages of pregnancy and childbirth.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans, addressing individual needs and preferences.
  • Contribute to service development projects, sharing expertise and ideas to drive continuous improvement.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A registered midwife qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in midwifery practice, with a strong emphasis on patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, to meet the needs of our patients.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary package, including a basic annual salary of £42,000 - £62,000, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, you will have access to ongoing professional development opportunities, enabling you to enhance your skills and career prospects.

Estimated Salary: £47,730 per annum
