We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced leader to oversee our luxury care home in Liverpool.   • Collaborate with your team to design and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and enhance the overall care experience.
  • Play a key role in ensuring regulatory compliance, fostering a culture of excellence in care provision, and driving forward-thinking initiatives.
  • Manage the home's budget, making informed decisions to balance financial targets with the need for exceptional care and facilities.
  • Invest in ongoing training and development for your team members, empowering them to provide the best possible care.
  • Oversee risk management processes, safeguarding both residents and staff in a safe and secure environment.
Key Requirements:
  1. NMC registration as a Registered Nurse (highly desirable).
  2. Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, including Health and Social Care Act and CQC standards.
  3. Visionary leadership style with a passion for delivering exceptional care, underpinned by a commitment to lifelong learning and personal development.
  4. Previous experience in dementia care and ability to promote person-centred approaches.
  5. Ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.
