Avaloq is seeking an Executive Business Development Manager to own and help achieve revenue targets of our exciting and ambitious new products. This role is part of a lean markets organisation and requires big-picture thinking activities. The successful candidate will demonstrate well-rounded knowledge of the private banking and wealth management industry and marketplace in the region.

Key aspects of the role include proactive assessment and validation of market and customer segment attractiveness and potential, actively creating and driving pipeline, and developing and executing sales strategies, tactics, and action plans to achieve assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives. A deep understanding of the region, including customers, prospects, partners, influencers, and competitors, is essential.

Requirements for the role include a strong proven track record of sales leadership in the wealth and core banking industry, meeting or exceeding targets; excellent negotiation skills, a good business sense, and strong leadership abilities to motivate and lead a team; and a proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and ability to negotiate complex deals. The salary for this role is estimated at around £80,000 - £100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
