At Invesco, we are seeking an experienced IT Operations Manager to lead our enterprise technology architecture. This critical role will require you to build strong relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and service providers to ensure the effective management of our corporate technology products and services.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary, with an estimated annual compensation of $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent years of experience.

Main Responsibilities
  • Define and Optimize Corporate Technology Architecture: Work with the Chief Information Security Officer, Support Team, and Business Operations to define, rationalize, and optimize our corporate technology architecture, ensuring it meets the needs of our growing business.
  • Manage Costs and Performance: Oversee the costs, performance, and support models of our corporate technology products and services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.
  • Lead Change and Communication: Lead change initiatives through comprehensive testing and effective communication with stakeholders, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing disruptions.
  • Develop and Lead Global Teams: Develop and lead global teams focused on delivering an exceptional user experience, driving innovation and excellence in IT operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT operations at a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
