About The Role

This Front of House position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences at F51 Sports Park, one of The Sports Trust's premier sports venues.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service, ensuring that every visitor has a memorable experience.

Proactively engage with customers, responding promptly to their queries and resolving any issues in a friendly and professional manner.Take ownership of maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization in the bar, kitchen, and front-of-house areas.Effectively manage inventory levels to prevent stock shortages and ensure consistent availability of products.Liaise closely with the Events and Bookings Manager to ensure seamless execution of events and activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve beverages, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
  • Manage stock levels and supplies to maintain efficient service delivery.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction ratings.

Working Conditions
