About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Advisor to join our team at Anderson Recruitment. As a Business Development Advisor, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide sales support through inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
  • Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects.
  • Maintain, qualify, and update sales pipeline, referral list, and lead information.
  • Maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
  • Effectively utilize the CRM database and Microsoft Office software packages to support administrative processes.
  • Support others internally and externally in delivering the aims of the overall business.
  • Suggest improvements to the process from collating customer feedback.
  • Regularly report on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
Requirements
  • Previous experience within a customer-focused environment.
  • Ability to promote the organization in a friendly way.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Strong use of MS Office, with an ability to learn to use a bespoke database.
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
