Brammer Buck & Hickman, a leading industrial maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) products and services supplier in Europe, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Motion Control & Automation (MCA) Specialist division, you will play a crucial role in driving new business growth and delivering exceptional customer service.

The Role

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers, identifying new opportunities, and developing strategies to increase customer spend. You will work closely with our sales organization to support quotes, tenders, and special projects, and will be expected to develop your own sales plan and pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Support sales organization in discussions with customers
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell, OEM conversion, and value creation
  • Develop and implement sales initiatives and campaigns
  • Stay up-to-date with category knowledge, products, and applications

Requirements

  • Understanding of the industrial sales industry, markets, trends, and developments
  • Ability to liaise with different stakeholders within the organization
  • Ability to liaise with customers' stakeholders at various levels
  • Desirable: experience with B2B industrial sales, data management, and analysis
