We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Advisor to join our team at Anderson Recruitment. As a Business Development Advisor, you will play a key role in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Provide sales support through inbound and outbound calls to potential clients.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Research and target potential clients, generate leads, and nurture relationships with prospects.
- Maintain, qualify, and update sales pipeline, referral list, and lead information.
- Maintain a sales pipeline and accurately forecast sales performance.
- Effectively utilize the CRM database and Microsoft Office software packages to support administrative processes.
- Support others internally and externally in delivering the aims of the overall business.
- Suggest improvements to the process from collating customer feedback.
- Regularly report on business development activities, sales performance, and market insights.
- Previous experience within a customer-focused environment.
- Ability to promote the organization in a friendly way.
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Strong use of MS Office, with an ability to learn to use a bespoke database.
- Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize your workload.
- A competitive salary of £25,250.
