About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team at Certus Recruitment Group. As an Account Manager, you will play a key role in servicing existing key accounts and maximising professional indemnity and insurance sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Management and growth of portfolio using various sources, including calls, emails, and face-to-face meetings, with a view to increasing GWP in all revenue streams.
  • Delivering software demonstrations and providing training to clients and prospects.
  • Building strong relationships, maintaining regular contact with all portfolio clients to maximise revenue streams.
  • Keeping up to date with all developments within the relevant industries, compliance, and general contractor insurance matters.
  • Maintaining up-to-date information, utilising the CRM.
  • Effectively managing inbound enquiries, ensuring conversion opportunity is maximised.
  • Working with appropriate stakeholders to drive sales initiatives and review as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience within a revenue-driven account management position.
  • High levels of interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactivity and tenaciousness, with the ability to overcome barriers.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Organisation skills are key, as this role will be managing multiple stakeholders.

  • £30,000 Base Salary with £42-50,000 OTE.
