Educational Support Specialist

We are seeking highly motivated and passionate individuals to join our team as Teaching Assistants/Learning Support Assistants in a primary school setting.
About the Role- Support pupils with their learning in small groups or one-to-one settings, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
- Gain hands-on experience in classroom management and lesson planning, contributing to the academic growth of students.
- Assist with creative activities and support teachers in delivering high-quality education.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £40,800 - £50,400, with a breakdown of £3,400 - £4,200 per month. We offer a supportive staff and leadership team dedicated to your professional growth and development.
Requirements- A genuine passion for working with children and shaping their futures, combined with excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in a school or with children is advantageous but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training and support.
This is an exciting opportunity to gain valuable classroom experience ahead of pursuing Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or a PGCE, with potential support through a teacher training programme.
